Arcade Review 2026: Is It the Best Tool for Interactive Product Videos?
On this page
Pricing and plan details verified: August 2026, against Arcade's official pricing page (arcade.software/pricing), product pages, knowledge base, official blog, and official YouTube channel, plus third-party review signals (mainly G2). SaaS Match Lab has not used Arcade hands-on — see Sources & verification for how each claim was checked.
Arcade started as an interactive-demo tool, but in 2026 its own homepage leads with "Create On-Brand Product Videos with AI." The product now spans three things from a single screen recording: an interactive click-through demo, an AI-generated product video, and static visuals or social clips — all pushed toward a consistent brand look. This review works through what Arcade's official materials actually confirm, what is marketing language, and what third-party reviewers report, to test one question: is Arcade the right tool for teams that want interactive demos and fast, on-brand AI product video, rather than a sales-call demo tool or an HTML-accurate one?
Quick verdict
Good fit: product-marketing and growth teams that want to turn one capture into an interactive demo, an AI product video, and social-ready visuals — on-brand, without a designer — and can work within the Growth plan's per-seat, up-to-10-seat model.
Probably not a fit: teams whose core need is HTML-accurate demos or deep CRM/sales-engineering infrastructure (Navattic leans that way), and small teams or solo creators who want the most generous free tier and the simplest entry (Supademo's free plan is roomier). Anything requiring SSO, HTML capture, or API access moves you to Arcade's custom-priced Enterprise plan.
Visit ArcadeWhat Is Arcade?
Arcade is a B2B SaaS tool for building interactive product demos and, increasingly, AI-generated product videos and visuals. Its capture tools — a Chrome extension, a Mac/Windows desktop app, and a Figma plugin — record a walkthrough of a product, which Arcade then turns into a clickable demo with hotspots, chapters, and callouts, or into a narrated video, or into standalone images and social clips. Arcade's stated audiences are product marketing, growth marketing, sales engineering, product management, and customer success.
Arcade's own marketing includes several performance figures. These are Arcade-reported claims from its own site and customers, not independently audited, and this review does not treat them as validated:
- "On average, it takes 6 minutes to create a new video in Arcade" (Arcade's claim)
- "Up to 5x trial conversion," "more than 2x demo conversion," "up to 10x faster than creating a video" (Arcade's claims, drawn from its own case studies)
- "30,000+ companies" use Arcade, with logos including Salesforce, Instacart, OpenAI, Webflow, Retool, Zapier, and Atlassian (Arcade's claim)
What can be confirmed from Arcade's own product pages and documentation is the shape of the product: multi-format output from one capture, an "AI Context Engine" that builds a brand profile and applies it to generated content, and an MCP/"Agents" layer that lets AI assistants trigger video generation. Those are covered next.
What Arcade Does Best
Interactive demos
Confirmed on Arcade's product pages and knowledge base: demos are built from a screen capture and are step-based — each step is a captured screen with an editable overlay, not a live clone of the product's front end. Editing is no-code and includes hotspots, callouts, chapters, blur/masking for sensitive data, pan and zoom, demo branching ("choose your own path"), CTA buttons, forms, and custom variables. Demos can be shared by link or embedded via iframe on every plan.
AI video generation
Arcade's current headline capability. Per its AI Video product page, Arcade turns "prompts, screenshots, and demos into on-brand videos," with output in vertical format (Shorts, Reels, LinkedIn) or horizontal (site, email). Video generation runs on a credit system: demos are credit-free, videos cost 50 credits per 30 seconds, and visuals cost 50 credits each (confirmed on the pricing page). This is the part of Arcade that Supademo and Navattic do not directly match — both are built around demo creation first, with AI video as a smaller add-on.
AI voiceovers
Arcade's AI voiceover assistant is named Avery (confirmed in Arcade's own tutorial video titles and blog). AI voiceover, AI text-to-video, and AI visuals are available on every plan, including Free, within the plan's monthly credit allowance. AI translations are a Growth-plan feature.
AI visuals
Beyond video, Arcade generates standalone images and social assets from the same brand profile — "launch teasers to explainer visuals" per its product page — so a single capture can feed a multi-asset launch rather than one deliverable.
AI Copy
Arcade's AI copy (also branded under "Avery") drafts hotspot captions, step text, and titles during editing. Third-party reviewers note the Chrome extension "intelligently fills in hotspot captions and adds animations" as part of the capture flow.
Branding and Page Morph
On the Growth plan, Arcade removes its watermark and unlocks custom branding, custom landing pages, and custom fonts. Page Morph lets you edit the text of a captured screen — company names, sample data, UI labels — without code, which is how Arcade handles anonymization and light personalization without an HTML clone. Enterprise adds up to 10 Brand Kits and the "White-glove AI Context Engine" service.
Multi-format output
The throughline: one recording becomes an interactive demo, a narrated video, and static visuals, all pulled toward one brand system by the AI Context Engine. For a team whose demo's real job is to become marketing content — embeddable, exportable to MP4/GIF (Growth+), on-brand — this is Arcade's clearest structural advantage over demo-first tools.

Arcade Pricing
Arcade's current official pricing page shows three plans only: Free, Growth, and Enterprise. A monthly/yearly billing toggle at the top applies a 15% discount for annual billing on the Growth plan.
Arcade's own 2026 pricing blog post (arcade.software/post/arcade-pricing, dated June 2026) states that Arcade "consolidated the previous Pro and Growth tiers into a single Growth tier." Older third-party figures — a $32 Pro plan, or a $297.50 flat-rate Growth plan — do not appear on Arcade's current pricing page and are treated here as outdated, not current pricing.

Salesforce note: Arcade's official pricing table marks the native Salesforce integration with an asterisk, while its Enterprise page presents it as an Enterprise capability. Exact plan gating is not clear from the official sources.
Free covers capture, editing, and sharing, with an Arcade watermark and a one-demo, one-video publishing cap. Growth is where watermark removal, custom branding, MP4/GIF export, branching and forms, and HubSpot/analytics integrations unlock. Enterprise adds HTML capture, API access, SAML SSO, custom domains, and offline access. Native Salesforce sits between the two — asterisked on Arcade's pricing table and presented as an Enterprise capability on its enterprise page, with exact gating unresolved.
Additional plan details. Seats go from 1 on Free to up to 10 on Growth, with extra seats at $50/month each; Enterprise seat counts are not stated publicly. Capture (Chrome extension, desktop app, Figma plugin), core editing (hotspots, callouts, chapters, blur, camera, background music), and sharing (share link + iframe embed, basic insights) are on every plan, including Free. Growth also adds pan & zoom, video editing & splitting, AI translations, and advanced insights. Enterprise also adds role-based access, multiple teams, version history, and Audience Reveal / data propagation, plus a dedicated CSM with private Slack, advanced onboarding, and demo services. Brand Kits stay at 1 on Free and Growth and rise to 10 on Enterprise.
Verification note on pricing
Free ($0) and Growth ($50/seat/month monthly, $42.50/seat/month billed yearly) are confirmed on Arcade's current pricing page. Enterprise is custom-quoted, with no published seat count. Ignore older third-party figures such as a $32 "Pro" plan or a $297.50 flat Growth plan — neither is on Arcade's current pricing page, and Arcade's own blog says the Pro tier was folded into Growth. Confirm current terms with Arcade before budgeting.
Feature Comparison at a Glance

Pros and Cons
On G2, Arcade sits in a strongly positive range — roughly 4.7 out of 5 — but SaaS Match Lab could not load G2 directly to confirm the exact current score or review count, which is reported inconsistently across sources (from about 100 to 350+). Treat the rating as approximate. Note also that the prominent Capterra and GetApp listings for "Arcade" (around 4.5/5, ~41 reviews, from $15/month) are for a different product — a sales-gamification tool — not arcade.software; there is no separately verified large third-party review sample for the demo tool outside G2. The themes below are recurring signals across G2 summaries and third-party comparison write-ups, not a single reviewer's opinion.
Arcade
Pros
- Fast to a first published demo — reviewers frequently mention getting a polished walkthrough live within the first hour, with little training
- Output is consistently described as clean, modern, and on-brand — a common reason teams move off raw screen recordings
- Demos load fast and feel lightweight compared with long screen-recording videos
- One capture produces an interactive demo, an AI video, and static visuals — a genuine multi-format advantage over demo-first tools (confirmed on Arcade's product pages)
- AI features (voiceover via Avery, text-to-video, visuals, AI Copy) are usable from the Free plan within credit limits
- Used across marketing, sales, product, and customer success; embeds cleanly into sites, emails, and help centers
- SOC 2 Type II, TLS 1.2+/AES-256, and SAML SSO (Enterprise) are documented on Arcade's security and enterprise pages
Cons
- Per-seat pricing on Growth is the most common complaint at scale — occasional creators still need a full $50/seat
- The jump from Free (1 published demo + 1 video, watermarked) to Growth is steep; Free is closer to a trial than a usable tier
- SSO, HTML capture, API, RBAC, custom domains, and version history are all Enterprise-only, and Enterprise is custom-quoted with no published seat count
- HTML capture is step-based and currently in beta — not a navigable, always-current clone of the product
- Third-party reviewers report design/branding customization limits and analytics that can feel shallow on viewer behavior inside a demo
- Editing runs largely through a side panel rather than direct manipulation, which adds clicks and a learning curve for non-technical teammates
- Demos built from captures need re-recording when the product UI changes often
- Whether native Salesforce is fully usable on Growth or effectively an Enterprise capability is not clear from Arcade's own materials
Who Should Use Arcade?
- Product-marketing and growth teams whose demos are meant to become content — embeddable, exportable, on-brand — more than a live sales-call tool
- Teams running multi-channel launches that need an interactive demo, a product video, and social clips from one capture, without a designer or agency
- Teams that value a consistent brand look across generated assets and want the AI Context Engine / Brand Kit to enforce it
- Smaller teams (up to ~10 seats) comfortable with per-seat Growth pricing, who don't yet need SSO, HTML capture, or API access
- Teams that want AI voiceover, text-to-video, and visuals available from a free tier to trial the format
Who Should Not Use Arcade?
- Teams whose demos must be HTML-accurate — built on the product's real front end with live hover states and interactions — where Navattic's every-plan HTML capture is the closer fit
- Sales-engineering or RevOps teams that need deep CRM and sales-tool wiring (Salesforce, Marketo, Gong, Outreach, Salesloft) and demo-distribution automation as a core requirement
- Buyers who need SSO, API, RBAC, or custom domains but want to avoid a custom-quoted Enterprise contract
- Solo creators and small teams who want the most generous free plan and the simplest, cheapest self-serve entry — Supademo's free tier (5 demos, 50 recordings) is roomier
- Teams that need rich in-demo behavioral analytics or heavy design customization, which third-party reviewers flag as weaker spots
Arcade vs Supademo vs Navattic
All three build interactive demos with a Chrome extension. What happens after capture is where they diverge. For a focused Arcade vs Supademo comparison, see our full comparison.
Capture approach. Arcade is step-based: each step is a captured screen with an editable overlay, and its HTML capture (Enterprise-only, beta) edits the saved HTML of individual steps rather than cloning the app. Navattic captures the product's actual HTML/CSS on every plan, so demos keep real hover states and interactions. Supademo is screenshot/video-based by default, with guided HTML and sandbox demos gated to its Growth plan. If "feels like the real product" is the requirement, Navattic is built for that; Arcade is built for a polished, directed rendition of it.
AI and multi-format output. This is Arcade's distinguishing area. Arcade turns one capture into an interactive demo, an AI-narrated video, and static visuals or social clips, pulled toward one brand system by the AI Context Engine, plus an MCP/Agents layer for triggering generation from AI assistants. Navattic and Supademo have both shipped AI demo features (Copilot, AI Demo Agent, voiceovers, avatars, translation), but both are demo-first; neither positions AI product-video generation as its headline.
Sales infrastructure. Navattic leads here — granular, plan-gated CRM and sales-tool integrations and a Launchpad workflow for sales engineers. Arcade offers HubSpot and analytics integrations on Growth, with native Salesforce asterisked and Enterprise-flavored. Supademo doesn't position CRM integration as a focus.
Pricing transparency. Arcade publishes exact Free and Growth prices ($0; $50/$42.50 per seat) and only makes Enterprise custom. Supademo publishes every paid tier. Navattic publishes only its free and Enterprise tiers and routes the rest through sales. For a self-serve buyer, Arcade and Supademo are easier to budget against than Navattic.
Small-team fit. Supademo's free plan (5 guided demos, 50 recordings, unlimited views) and published low-end pricing are the most forgiving starting point for a solo creator or small team. Arcade's free tier is effectively a trial (1 published demo + 1 video, watermarked). Navattic's free Starter is capped at a single demo and its paid pricing isn't public.
Choose Arcade when…
- The demo's real job is to become marketing content — embeddable, exportable to MP4/GIF, on-brand
- You want an interactive demo, an AI product video, and social visuals from one capture
- Brand consistency across generated assets matters, and you want an AI Context Engine enforcing it
- Your team is ≤10 seats and doesn't yet need SSO, HTML capture, or API access
Choose Supademo when…
- You want to see exact, published pricing for every plan before committing
- You're a startup, small team, or solo creator on a limited budget
- A generous free plan matters while you validate the format
- You don't need deep CRM integration as a core requirement
Choose Navattic when…
- Demos must be built on the product's real HTML, with interactions intact, from day one
- Your GTM motion depends on Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, or (on Growth) Gong/Outreach/Salesloft
- You need sandbox demos and sales-engineering distribution tooling
- You're comfortable getting mid-tier pricing through a sales conversation
Final Verdict: Is Arcade Worth It?
For product-marketing and growth teams that want to produce interactive demos and on-brand AI product videos, visuals, and social clips from a single capture, Arcade's structure is a strong match — and the strongest of the three tools here for that specific job. The multi-format output and AI Context Engine are real, confirmed capabilities, not just positioning, and Free and Growth pricing is published clearly enough to budget against.
The caveats are equally concrete. Growth is per-seat, the free tier is closer to a trial than a workspace, and every enterprise control — SSO, HTML capture, API, RBAC, custom domains — sits behind a custom-quoted Enterprise plan. If the demo's primary job is to feel like the real product on a website, or to plug into a CRM-driven sales motion, Navattic is built more directly for that. If the priority is the simplest, cheapest self-serve entry with a roomy free plan, Supademo is the easier starting point. Arcade earns its place when "fast, on-brand, multi-format visual storytelling" is the actual requirement.
Get started with ArcadeSources & Verification
- Pricing and plan gating were checked against Arcade's official pricing page (arcade.software/pricing), verified by fetching the page in August 2026. Free ($0) and Growth ($50/seat/month monthly, $42.50/seat/month billed yearly at 15% off, "up to 10" seats, additional seats $50/month) are taken directly from that page. Enterprise is listed as "Custom" with no published seat count.
- The statement that Arcade consolidated its previous Pro and Growth tiers into the current single Growth tier comes from Arcade's own 2026 pricing blog post (arcade.software/post/arcade-pricing, dated June 2026) and is attributed to Arcade, not presented as independent analysis. Third-party figures such as a $32 "Pro" plan and a $297.50 flat Growth plan were found only in non-vendor blog posts, do not appear on Arcade's current pricing page, and are treated as outdated.
- Product capabilities (step-based interactive demos, capture via Chrome extension / desktop app / Figma plugin, hotspots, callouts, chapters, blur, pan & zoom, branching, CTAs, forms, custom variables, Page Morph, AI video generation, AI voiceover "Avery," AI text-to-video, AI visuals, AI Copy, AI translations, AI Context Engine, MCP/Agents, credit model) were checked against Arcade's product pages, its HTML Capture page, and its knowledge base (docs.arcade.software).
- HTML capture is documented as available on Enterprise plans only, as a per-step feature ("post-capture HTML editing is only available on our Enterprise plans"; "editing HTML is currently supported only on interactive steps"), and is described in beta terms on Arcade's HTML Capture page.
- Security and enterprise claims (SOC 2 Type II, TLS 1.2+/AES-256, daily backups, SAML SSO, role-based access, version history, "built to pass procurement") come from Arcade's security and enterprise pages. GDPR/CCPA/ISO 27001/HIPAA/penetration-test details were not found on those pages.
- Native Salesforce integration is marked with an asterisk on Arcade's pricing comparison table, listed under a "Growth and Enterprise" integrations statement in Arcade's docs, and presented as an Enterprise capability on Arcade's enterprise page. These sources are not fully consistent, so its exact plan gating is left as unresolved rather than asserted.
- The official product video is "What is Arcade? | Create Interactive Product Demos in Minutes" (youtube.com/watch?v=xPK3nBLbpxc), uploaded by the "Arcade" channel. That channel's vanity URL resolves to youtube.com/@arcadesoftware, and the video description links to arcade.software, confirming it as the vendor's own channel. A similarly named "Arcade Quickstart" video from the "Output" channel is a different product (a music plugin) and is not used.
- Third-party review signals are drawn mainly from G2, where Arcade's rating is in the ~4.7/5 range; G2's page could not be loaded directly, and the review count is reported inconsistently across sources, so both are presented as approximate. The prominent Capterra/GetApp "Arcade" listings describe a different product (a sales-gamification tool) and are excluded.
- Arcade-reported metrics (≈6 minutes to create a video, up to 5x trial conversion, more than 2x demo conversion, up to 10x faster than video, 30,000+ companies) are labeled as Arcade's own claims and are not independently verified.
- Supademo and Navattic details are summarized from SaaS Match Lab's own Supademo and Navattic reviews and were not re-verified for this article.
- Vendor-authored comparison content (from Arcade, Supademo, Storylane, or Navattic) was not treated as independent third-party evaluation.
- SaaS Match Lab has not used Arcade hands-on; this review does not claim first-hand testing.
