Arcade vs Supademo: Which Interactive Demo Tool Is Better in 2026?
On this page
Verification note
Arcade's pricing was verified against its official pricing page (arcade.software/pricing) in August 2026; Supademo's was verified against its official pricing page the same month. Both vendors change plans often — confirm current terms before you buy. Older third-party figures for Arcade (a $32 "Pro" plan, a $297.50 flat "Growth" plan) are not on Arcade's current pricing page and are not used here. Where a claim could not be independently verified, it's labeled "not independently verified." SaaS Match Lab has not used either product hands-on for this comparison.
Quick verdict
Arcade
Best when the demo has to become marketing content
Lean Arcade if one capture needs to turn into an interactive demo, an AI-generated product video, and on-brand social visuals — polished, exportable, and reusable across marketing, sales, and CS.
Supademo
Best for a low-friction start and broad formats
Lean Supademo if you're a startup, small team, or solo creator who wants published pricing, a roomy free plan, and screenshot, video, HTML, and sandbox demos in one self-serve platform.
On the other axes: for AI video and visuals, Arcade is the clear fit — it ships a native video generator and standalone visual assets that Supademo doesn't match. For HTML and sandbox demos on a self-serve plan, Supademo is the only one of the two (both on its Growth plan; Arcade's HTML capture is Enterprise-only and in beta, and it has no distinct sandbox format). For pricing transparency, both do well: Arcade publishes every tier except Enterprise, Supademo publishes every paid tier.
There's no single overall winner here. Arcade and Supademo are built for different jobs, and the right pick depends on which of the trade-offs below actually applies to your team.

Both products publish self-serve pricing, both have a free plan, and both reserve SSO and API for a custom-quoted Enterprise tier. The differences that matter are what happens after a capture: Arcade pushes it toward polished, multi-format, on-brand content; Supademo keeps it as an interactive demo across the widest set of formats at the lowest entry friction.
Arcade
Arcade began as an interactive-demo tool, but in 2026 its homepage leads with "Create On-Brand Product Videos with AI." From a single screen recording, Arcade produces three things: an interactive click-through demo, an AI-generated product video, and static visuals or social clips — all pulled toward one brand system by its "AI Context Engine." Capture runs through a Chrome extension, a Mac/Windows desktop app, or a Figma plugin. Demos are step-based — each step is a captured screen with an editable overlay, not a live clone of the product's front end. Arcade has three plans: Free, Growth, and Enterprise.
"What is Arcade? | Create Interactive Product Demos in Minutes" — uploaded by Arcade (youtube.com/@arcadesoftware), the vendor's official channel. Via YouTube.
The throughline is multi-format output: one recording becomes a demo, a narrated video, and images, so a single capture can feed a whole launch rather than one deliverable. For a team whose demo's real job is to become marketing content — embeddable, exportable to MP4/GIF, on-brand — that's Arcade's clearest structural advantage over demo-first tools.
You can explore Arcade to try the capture flow on the Free plan before deciding.
Supademo
Supademo is a horizontal interactive-demo tool aimed at startups and small teams. The workflow starts from a live recording and uses AI to turn that session into a structured, guided walkthrough. It spans a wider set of demo formats than Arcade — screenshot, video, HTML, and sandbox — but gates HTML and sandbox demos to its Growth plan. Its free plan is generous (5 guided demos, 50 recordings, unlimited views), it prices per creator, and it publishes both monthly and annual prices for every paid plan. Plans run Free, Scale, Growth, and Enterprise.

Supademo's emphasis is a low-friction path to a live demo across many formats, not branded video production. Its AI features accelerate creation and editing — an AI Demo Agent, AI Command, AI Data Edit, AI Demo Audit, AI voiceovers, and AI voice cloning — rather than generating standalone marketing video.

Both vendors publish self-serve pricing, so a full comparison is possible here — as long as you keep the billing terms straight.
Arcade has three plans. Growth is priced per seat: anyone who needs to build or edit demos needs a seat, up to 10 on the plan, with extra seats at $50/month each.

Supademo has four plans. Scale is priced per creator (the same idea as a seat — a person who builds demos). Growth is a flat team price for 5 creators, with extra creators at $50/month each.

Comparing like-for-like: on monthly billing, Arcade Growth ($50/seat/month) and Supademo Scale ($50/creator/month) start at the same number. On annual billing, Supademo Scale ($38/creator/month) is cheaper than Arcade Growth ($42.50/seat/month). Never put one vendor's monthly price against the other's annual price — the annual-billed side looks cheaper than what you'd actually pay each month.
What each tier buys is different, though. Arcade's Growth plan is where branded output unlocks — watermark removal, custom branding, MP4/GIF export, AI translations. Supademo's Scale plan unlocks AI, branching, and analytics, but HTML and sandbox demos require Supademo's Growth plan at $450/month monthly or $350/month billed annually for 5 creators. So the cheapest way to get HTML and sandbox demos from either tool, on a self-serve plan, is Supademo Growth.
Demo formats
Screenshots. Both build guided, click-through screenshot demos on every plan. This is the common ground.
Video. Different meanings on each side. Supademo records video demos (screen-recorded walkthroughs) on all plans. Arcade generates video — turning a capture, prompts, and screenshots into a narrated product video, in vertical or horizontal format, on a credit system (demos are credit-free; videos cost 50 credits per 30 seconds). MP4/GIF export is a Growth-plan feature on Arcade.
HTML. Supademo offers guided HTML demos on its Growth plan. Arcade's HTML capture is Enterprise-only and described in beta terms — post-capture editing of a step's saved HTML, not a navigable live clone.
Sandbox. Supademo offers explorable sandbox demos on Growth. Arcade does not offer a distinct sandbox format.
For the buyer: if you need HTML and sandbox demos without an Enterprise contract, Supademo (Growth) is the only one of the two that provides them. If the output you need is a polished product video generated from a capture, Arcade is the only one of the two built for that.
AI features
Both vendors lean heavily on AI, but toward different ends.
AI-assisted demo creation and editing. Both. Arcade's AI Copy (branded "Avery") drafts hotspot captions, step text, and titles during editing. Supademo's set includes an AI Demo Agent, AI Command, AI Data Edit, and AI Demo Audit. Core AI features start on Supademo's Scale plan; Arcade's are available on every plan within the monthly credit allowance.
AI video. Arcade only. Native text/screenshot/demo-to-video generation is its headline capability. Supademo has no equivalent native video generator.
AI voiceover. Both. Arcade's AI voiceover (Avery) is on every plan within credits. Supademo offers AI voiceovers, with AI voice cloning listed under its Growth plan.
AI visuals. Arcade generates standalone images and social assets from the same brand profile. Supademo does not position standalone visual generation as a feature.
AI translation. Arcade lists AI translations as a Growth-plan feature. Supademo's public materials don't foreground translation; treat it as not independently verified.
For the buyer: both treat AI as a creation-and-editing accelerator. Arcade adds a second layer — AI as a content generator (video, visuals) — that Supademo doesn't match. Match the specific feature to its tier (voice cloning is Growth-only on Supademo; translation is Growth-only on Arcade).
Branding and exports
Watermark. Arcade's Free plan applies an Arcade watermark; Growth removes it. Supademo's Free plan strips custom branding and domains on downgrade; paid plans carry your branding.
Custom branding and landing pages. Both on paid plans. Arcade's Growth plan adds custom branding, custom landing pages, and custom fonts, with a Brand Kit the AI Context Engine applies to generated assets. Supademo carries branding and custom domains on paid plans, with showcase collections for grouping demos.
MP4 / GIF export. Arcade exports MP4 and GIF on Growth and above. Supademo is not positioned as a video-export tool — its output is the embeddable interactive demo.
Reuse as marketing content. This is Arcade's structural strength: one capture becomes a demo, a video, and social visuals, all on-brand, so marketing, sales, and CS can pull the same source into different channels. Supademo's reuse story is centered on embedding and sharing the interactive demo itself.
For the buyer: if the demo needs to leave the product page and live as a video on LinkedIn, in an email, or in an ad — on-brand, without a designer — Arcade is built for that. If it mainly needs to be embedded and shared as an interactive walkthrough, Supademo covers that at a lower entry price.
Analytics and integrations
Analytics. Arcade shows basic insights on Free and advanced insights on Growth. Supademo provides demo engagement analytics from the Scale plan. Both track how viewers move through a demo; neither positions account-level visitor identification the way a sales-focused tool like Navattic does. Arcade's "Audience Reveal / data propagation" is an Enterprise capability.
CRM. Arcade offers a HubSpot integration on Growth. Its native Salesforce integration is asterisked on Arcade's pricing table and presented as an Enterprise capability on its enterprise page — the exact plan gating is not clear from Arcade's own materials, and this comparison doesn't assert one. Supademo doesn't frame CRM integration as a core focus.
Marketing integrations. Arcade's Growth plan adds analytics-tool and Slack integrations. Supademo offers tracking links and MCP access from the Scale plan.
For the buyer: for basic "how did people interact with this demo" data, both are sufficient. Neither is the right choice if demo engagement has to be attributed to accounts and routed to reps as a core requirement.
Enterprise features
Both tools gate their enterprise controls to a custom-quoted top tier.
- SSO. Arcade: SAML SSO on Enterprise. Supademo: SSO/SAML on Enterprise.
- API. Arcade: API access on Enterprise. Supademo: not stated publicly.
- HTML capture. Arcade: Enterprise-only, step-based, beta. (Supademo's guided HTML demos are a different, Growth-tier feature.)
- Custom domains. Arcade: Enterprise. Supademo: paid plans, disabled on Free.
- Governance. Arcade: role-based access, multiple teams, version history on Enterprise. Supademo: multiple workspaces on Enterprise.
- CSM. Arcade: dedicated CSM with private Slack on Enterprise. Supademo: dedicated support on Enterprise.
For the buyer: if SSO, API, or RBAC is a hard requirement, both send you to a sales conversation and a custom quote — neither publishes a seat count for that tier. Get quotes from both and compare on what's actually included.
Ease of use
SaaS Match Lab has not tested either product directly. Third-party reviews commonly describe Supademo as fast and easy to learn, with several reports of a first demo published within minutes and a light, self-serve onboarding. Arcade's reviews also describe a fast path to a polished first demo with little training, but more often mention that editing runs through a side panel rather than direct manipulation — which adds clicks and a learning curve for non-technical teammates — and that captures need re-recording when the product UI changes.
For the buyer: both are approachable for a team with no dedicated demo-ops person. Supademo has a slight edge in reported time-to-first-demo; Arcade asks for a little more patience with its editor in exchange for more polished output. Read current reviews for both before assuming either pattern still holds.
Third-party review signals
Third-party review sites placed both products in a positive range at the time of writing. SaaS Match Lab could not independently re-verify exact current scores and review counts, so specific numbers are left out; the recurring themes are summarized below.
- Arcade — reviewers commonly praise an intuitive, fast experience, clean on-brand output, easy creation, and responsive support. Some reviewers report that per-seat cost adds up at scale, that design and branding customization has limits, that in-demo behavioral analytics can feel shallow, and that capture-based demos need maintenance when the product UI changes.
- Supademo — reviewers commonly praise fast, simple setup, an intuitive editor, and small-team friendliness. Some reviewers report customization ceilings, occasional recording-related issues, and that per-creator pricing adds up for larger teams.
Note: the prominent Capterra and GetApp listings for "Arcade" describe a different product (a sales-gamification tool), not arcade.software, so they are excluded here.
Pros and Cons
Arcade
Pros
- One capture becomes an interactive demo, an AI-generated video, and static/social visuals, pulled toward one brand system (confirmed on Arcade's product pages)
- Native AI video generation and AI visuals — the clearest structural gap versus demo-first tools
- AI voiceover (Avery), text-to-video, visuals, and AI Copy are usable from the Free plan within credit limits
- Free and Growth pricing published clearly; only Enterprise is custom-quoted
- Third-party reviews frequently describe the output as clean, modern, and on-brand, and a first demo as fast to produce
Cons
- Per-seat Growth pricing (up to 10 seats, extra seats $50/month) adds up when only some teammates create demos
- Free tier is closer to a trial (1 published demo + 1 video, watermarked) than a working tier
- SSO, HTML capture, API, RBAC, and custom domains all sit behind a custom-quoted Enterprise plan
- Third-party reviews cite design-customization limits and shallow in-demo analytics; native Salesforce gating is unresolved in Arcade's own materials
Supademo
Pros
- Publishes exact monthly and annual pricing for Free, Scale, and Growth
- Roomier free plan (5 guided demos, 50 recordings, unlimited views)
- Screenshot, video, HTML, and sandbox demo formats in one platform without an Enterprise contract
- Frequently described in third-party reviews as fast and easy to learn, often a first demo in minutes
- Per-creator entry pricing keeps a solo or small-team start cheap ($50/creator/month monthly, $38 billed annually)
Cons
- HTML and sandbox demos require the Growth plan ($450/month monthly billing, $350/month billed annually)
- No native AI product-video generator; AI is creation- and editing-focused
- Not positioned around branded marketing-content output or MP4/GIF export
- Per-creator pricing on Scale adds up as a team grows; a Free downgrade loses branching, variables, advanced analytics, and custom branding
Decision framework
Choose Arcade when…
- The demo's real job is to become polished marketing content — embeddable, exportable to MP4/GIF, on-brand
- AI video and AI visuals matter, not just a clickable walkthrough
- Brand consistency across generated assets matters, and you want the AI Context Engine enforcing it
- Multiple teams (marketing, sales, CS) will reuse the same capture in different formats
- Your team is ≤10 seats and doesn't yet need SSO, HTML capture, or API access
Choose Supademo when…
- You're a startup, small team, or solo creator who wants the lowest-friction start
- You want to see exact, published pricing before committing
- You need screenshot, video, HTML, and sandbox demos in one self-serve platform
- A generous free plan matters while you validate the format
- A native AI video generator and branded export aren't core requirements
Choose based on your priority
- Marketing content / AI video / branded export / multi-team reuse → Arcade. Native video and visual generation, watermark removal and MP4/GIF export on Growth, and an AI Context Engine keeping generated assets on-brand.
- Lowest-friction start / broad demo formats / small-team fit → Supademo. Roomier free plan, cheaper per-creator entry, and screenshot + video + HTML + sandbox in one place.
- HTML and sandbox demos on a self-serve plan → Supademo. Both are on its Growth plan; Arcade's HTML capture is Enterprise-only and beta, and it has no distinct sandbox format.
- HTML-accurate "feels like the real product" demos → neither leads. That's what Navattic is built for; see Navattic vs Supademo.
- Pricing transparency → close. Arcade publishes every tier but Enterprise; Supademo publishes every paid tier. Both beat sales-gated tools.
- AI-assisted demo creation and editing → both. Match the specific feature to its plan (voice cloning is Growth-only on Supademo; translation is Growth-only on Arcade).
- Enterprise controls (SSO, API, RBAC) → both gate these to a custom-quoted top tier. Get quotes from both and compare what's included.
If neither is quite right, our Supademo alternatives guide covers Storylane, Arcade, Guideflow, and Walnut against the same criteria, and Supademo vs Storylane covers the sales-enablement axis.
Final Verdict
Arcade and Supademo solve the same basic problem — building interactive product demos — but they've been built for different jobs, and neither is a universal winner. Arcade's native AI video and visual generation, watermark-free branded output, and multi-format reuse from a single capture make it the stronger match for product-marketing and growth teams whose demo has to become content — provided the per-seat Growth model and the trial-like free tier work for the team. Supademo's published monthly-and-annual pricing, roomier free plan, and screenshot-to-sandbox format range make it the lower-friction starting point for startups and small teams, and the only one of the two that delivers HTML and sandbox demos on a self-serve plan.
Both publish self-serve pricing and gate SSO, API, and RBAC to a custom-quoted Enterprise tier. Neither is built for HTML-accurate demos wired into a CRM — that's Navattic's territory. Match the tool to what your team actually needs the demo to do: branded, multi-format visual storytelling, or a fast, broad-format, transparently priced way to get an interactive demo live.

Sources & verification
- Arcade pricing was verified by fetching Arcade's official pricing page (arcade.software/pricing) in August 2026. Free ($0), Growth ($50/seat/month monthly, $42.50/seat/month billed yearly at 15% off, "up to 10" seats, additional seats $50/month), and Enterprise ("Custom", no published seat count) are taken directly from that page. Older third-party figures — a $32 "Pro" plan, a $297.50 flat "Growth" plan — do not appear on the current pricing page; Arcade's own 2026 pricing blog says the Pro tier was folded into Growth. They are treated as outdated.
- Supademo pricing was verified against Supademo's official pricing page in August 2026, including both monthly and annual figures. Monthly and annual prices are labeled separately throughout and never averaged or swapped.
- Arcade capabilities (step-based interactive demos; capture via Chrome extension, desktop app, Figma plugin; hotspots, callouts, chapters, blur, pan & zoom, branching, CTAs, forms, custom variables; Page Morph; AI video generation; AI voiceover "Avery"; AI text-to-video; AI visuals; AI Copy; AI translations; AI Context Engine; MCP/Agents; credit model; HTML capture on Enterprise, in beta; SAML SSO, RBAC, API, custom domains, offline access on Enterprise) were checked against Arcade's product pages, its HTML Capture page, and its knowledge base. Native Salesforce integration is asterisked on Arcade's pricing table and presented as Enterprise on its enterprise page; the exact plan gating is left unresolved rather than asserted.
- Supademo capabilities are summarized from SaaS Match Lab's own Supademo review and checked for consistency against Supademo's pricing page: guided HTML demos and sandbox demos on Growth, demo analytics on Scale and above, core AI on Scale with AI voice cloning and AI data editing on Growth, MCP from Scale, SSO/SAML and multiple workspaces on Enterprise.
- Third-party review signals are drawn from G2 and third-party comparison write-ups. Exact current scores and review counts could not be independently re-verified, so specific numbers are omitted; only recurring qualitative themes are summarized. The prominent Capterra/GetApp "Arcade" listings describe a different product (a sales-gamification tool) and are excluded.
- Arcade-reported metrics (≈6 minutes to create a video, up to 5x trial conversion, more than 2x demo conversion, up to 10x faster than video, 30,000+ companies) are labeled as Arcade's own claims and are not independently verified or used as evidence here.
- Vendor-authored comparison content (from Arcade or Supademo) was not treated as independent, third-party evidence.
- SaaS Match Lab has not used either product hands-on; this comparison does not claim first-hand testing.
